Although the pre-registration of the "Diocesan Pilgrimage to the NEC" is closed, however, there is still time to attend this landmark event!

Diocesan Pilgrimage Full Package Pricing includes:
Transportation - Hotel - Conference Ticket - "Breakfast with the Bishop"
(Gratuities and taxes included; Meals are NOT included)

• Round trip coach transportation from Birmingham/Huntsville to Indianapolis for those who purchase the full hotel & transportation package. Exact bus departure locations and times to be announced soon.

• Five (5) nights’ accommodation at the Indianapolis Omni Severin Hotel, next to the Conference site.

• The cost of the National Eucharistic Congress registration is included. The Conference Pass includes: Entrance to all main programming, a seat at main programming, evening concerts and entertainment, and access to conference resources.

• One Breakfast with the Bishop and Diocese of Birmingham Pilgrims.

• Gratuities and taxes.

Minimum Deposit: $300 for registrations received prior to March 5. Nonrefundable, however, the reservation is transferable - should you need to cancel, please inform us of your substitute and we will tranfer the name on the registration.
Cancellation Fee: $430.75 - cost of transportation and Congress ticket should no substitute be found by May 15, 2024.
No refunds after May 15, 2024.

** Slightly higher if credit card or ACH payment option is selected, due to online processing fees.
** Rate based on room occupancy; however, will be higher if room occupancy is not fully met.
** Bedding is based on availability.
** At hotel check-in, Omni Hotel requires that a credit card be presented and be on file for any incidental charges that you may incur (i.e., meals, room service, etc.)
** Passenger Travel Protection Plan: optional insurance is available through Travel Designers, Birmingham. We recommend that you purchase the insurance. For details and purchase, contact John Martin (205) 251-7666.

Registration and Final Payment Deadline:

For those who pre-registered with a minimum deposit prior to March 5, Final Payment for your "balance due" is April 26, 2024. For all new registrations, we request that you pay the full amount at checkout. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT DEADLINE: APRIL 26! No refunds after May 15, 2024.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the hotel and bus reservation requirement deadlines, registration and payment must be received by April 26. If your payment has not been received by above deadline dates, your registration request will not be processed.
