St. George Melkite Church
to hold Lenten Reflections beginning March 15
St. George will hold Lenten Reflections on three consecutive Fridays beginning March 15. The topics include, "Heaven and Hell: The Mystery of Salvation," "Ask Abouna," and "The Great Divorce" by C.S. Lewis. On April 5-7, the church will hold a retreat weekend will begin with a look at "Theosis: Why is Matters" and conclude with Liturgy and homilist Father Hieromonk Maximos.
Friday night programs begin with Akathist service at 6 p.m. During the Friday night programs, children activities will be provided for grades 3k-6.
