27 years of Perpetual Adoration with Appreciation Dinner, Aug. 24
Our Lady of Sorrows (OLS) will celebrate twenty-seven blessed years of Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration on Saturday, Aug. 24, in honor of the Anniversary of the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Mother. There will be a procession of the Blessed Sacrament from the Chapel of Our Savior to the church at 4:45 p.m. with the Knights of Columbus as the Honor Guard and the OLS Choir will lead the singing.
Benediction will be celebrated at 4:55 p.m., followed by Holy Mass at 5 p.m., celebrated by Monsignor Martin Muller, pastor.
There will be an appreciation dinner for all Committed Adorers, substitute Adorers and their families immediately following the Mass in the Family Life Center.
The chapel will be closed until 9 p.m.
This is an opportunity to thank and praise Our Lord for the grace of Perpetual Adoration in our diocese and to pray to the Holy Spirit for an increase of many more Committed Adorers.
