Diocesan Confirmation: Confirmand Registration
Simply complete and submit the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM for EACH confirmand from your parish who will receive this sacrament at a "Diocesan Confirmation." Generally, three are scheduled throughout the year at The Cathedral of St. Paul in Birmingham, AL. We request that you register at least THREE WEEKS PRIOR to the requested Confirmation Date. To request a fillable pdf form and for questions/assistance, kindly contact the Office Sacred Liturgy. Rite of Election is for Catechumens (unbaptized persons); Rite of Calling Candidates to Continuing Conversion, for those who are already baptized. (For further information, view our Diocesan Resourcespage.) Both Rites are generally held in two locations: Holy Spirit Catholic Church for the Huntsville Region and The Cathedral of St. Paul for the Birmingham Region.
